SM1628C 是一 描接口的 LED（ 光二 管 示器） 控制 用 路， 部集成有 MCU 字接口、 据 存器、LED 高 、 描 等 路。本 品性能 良， 量可 。主要 用于 VCR、VCD、DVD 及家庭 影院等 品的 示 。采用 SOP28 的封 形式。
二、特性 明
采用 CMOS 工 VDD： 5V 低功耗 多 示模式（10 段×7 位 ～ 13 段×4 位） 描（10×2bit） 度 路（占空比 8 可 ） 串行接口（CLK，STB，DI, O） 置 RC 振 路 置上 位 路 封 形式：SOP28
